New York is a worldly popular destination city. People from all over the world travel to New York, often New York City, every day. It may be a bit more difficult to get a comfortable room at a budget price in the city itself, but they do exist. If you are heading upstate you should be able to find very nice hotels and lodges nestled along a beautiful landscape for moderate to low rates. Central and Western New York, where you can find Syracuse, Buffalo, and Rochester should also allow for little searching. Many of these less visited cities will have common chain hotels with budget prices.
